- Add remoteSchema and remoteTable
- Add make tar

The option make tar is added to Makefile

The remoteSchema and remote Table device properties have been added.
The shcema and the table names on the local machine can be different
with respect to the names in the remote machine.

This is the final version 1.0.0 of the metadata_importer based on
the last commit by M.de Marco
