works around a warning from protobuf: ByteSize() deprecated use ByteSizeLong() (Note downcast: protobuf SerializeToArray() still uses int)

minors: protobuf upgraded (syntax version explicit); MySql->MariaDB names changed; objectfiles before libs

- Remove check on remote columns
- Add make tar

The option make tar is added to Makefile

The check on same number of columns has been removed.
The check on not found column has been removed.
In this way the remote table can possibly have columns
not mapped by Nadir.
