Added the BASE_DIR env var to the exact/swc/jupyternotebook container and fixed the image name for the data science jupyter notebook container.

Disabled token-based auth for contaners created with rep2docker as the proxy is already enforcing authentication.

Added check if the task interface is up, and marked the task status accordingly - including graying out the connect button if not up yet.

Bugfix of some strange behaviour of an https:// contained as part in the URL transformed into https:/.
