description

We performed end-to-end numerical simulations to produce a spatially variable grid of long-exposure, polychromatic PSFs for the MORFEO (formerly known as MAORY) as imaged by the MICADO instrument for the ESO Extremely Large Telescope (ELT). Each PSF is on a fits file and mapped in high spatial resolution with a pixel scale of 0.75 milliarcsec per pixel. We release a grid of PSF for each of the main five broadband filters (I, Y, J, H, and Ks) of MICADO. The pupil mask used includes ELT pupil and MICADO cold stop. The numerical simulations include both MORFEO Adaptive Optics residuals and wavefront perturbations due to the ELT (i.e. M1 segments differential piston).
