Upgraded to version 3.7:

### Implemented a backward-compatible configuration extension allowing users to define reusable prior or fixed specifications in a top-level `priors:` section and reference them throughout the configuration using the `"@name"` syntax.

- **Global Tying:** Multiple parameters referencing the same `@name` are mapped to a single shared latent variable (global tie), ensuring they share the same sampled value across different sections (e.g., sharing a GP period across multiple instruments or between a GP and a planet).

## Version 3.7.0

### Named Priors and Cross-Section Parameter Tying

Implemented a backward-compatible configuration extension allowing users to define reusable prior or fixed specifications in a top-level `priors:` section and reference them throughout the configuration using the `"@name"` syntax.

- **Global Tying:** Multiple parameters referencing the same `@name` are mapped to a single shared latent variable (global tie), ensuring they share the same sampled value across different sections (e.g., sharing a GP period across multiple instruments or between a GP and a planet).
- **Configuration Syntax:**
  - `priors:` section now accepts scalar fixed values or scalar prior definitions.
  - References are made via `"@identifier"`.
  - Inline prior specifications remain fully supported and independent.
- **Validation:** Added path-aware error handling for undefined references, invalid syntax, and restricted scoped definitions within the `priors:` block.
- **Diagnostics:** The parser now logs a summary of all tied global parameters when a logging function is provided.
- **Online Configurator:** Updated the web-based configuration generator to include a dedicated "Priors" page and dynamic distribution updates across the wizard.
