fix(reporting): resolve F811 redefinition warnings in gp_plotting.py

Remove redundant imports of GridBuilder, build_time_grid, and create_pldata_grid
from .grid_builder in gp_plotting.py, as these symbols are redefined later
in gp_plotting.py itself.
