Note 1: The Kildonan Lodge hotel offer a preferential rate for Royal Observatory visitors if they have availability, and the hotel is located approx. 5 minutes by taxi or 25 minutes walking from the Observatory.
Note 2: Travelodge Cameron Toll has recently opened near the Observatory, with travel distances as noted for the Kildonan Lodge.
