Drop pyvantagepro and gnuplotlib; atik2 becomes atik 

- meteo.py (the only pyvantagepro user) moved to devices/old/;
  check.meteo_errors and the pyvantagepro import commented out
- fit_star(display=True) gnuplotlib plot commented out: no caller
  used it
- atik2.py (official AtikSDK) renamed to atik.py, cam2 in devices.ini
  updated; the previous atik.py kept as devices/old/atik_legacy.py
