Add GXP testing for ALE and Camera State

Adding 3 files for testing.
1. Original ALE Image Support Data (ISD) in JSON format
2. GXP output for triangulation initialization.
3. GXP output from post triangulation adjustment

Note the came state string in the "sup" files is buried at the bottom.
